TeamMD unites specialists in complex medicine, home healthcare and social services. This group of health professionals is dedicated to the health and well-being of the people in their care.
Our physicians serve as the “ quarterback” for our patients’ healthcare, working hand-in-hand with our teams of healthcare professionals, specialists, our members, their caregivers and loved ones to provide the right care when and where it’s needed.
Stephanie is a board certified Nurse Practitioner who has worked in internal medicine, geriatrics, home health care and memory care for nearly 10 years. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice specializing in geriatrics from the University of Iowa.
Katie is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Prior to working in home care delivery, she worked as a staff nurse for organ transplant and as a Hospitalist N.P. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and North Park University.
Patty is board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has worked in home care delivery for the past five years. Prior to that, she worked in hospital cardiac floors and local treatment clinics. Patty is a graduate of Mercy College in Des Moines and Graceland University.
Cynthia Rebik Christensen
Cindi is a board certified Nurse Practitioner who has worked in home care delivery for more than 15 years. Prior to that, she worked as a nurse in operating rooms and vascular clinics.
Dr. Babar Ahmed
Dr. Ahmed is a board-certified family and emergency medicine physician with 10 years of experience as the medical director for multiple hospital emergency departments, assisted living centers, and hospice organizations. He’s a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana and completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic.
Dr. Kyle Kircher
Dr. Kircher is a board certified Family Physician and a graduate of Mayo Medical School and Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minn. He has 18 years of experience as a primary care physician, including work in providing on-site primary care for elders in assisted living and memory care communities, as well as serving as hospice medical director.
Dr. Ben Collins
Dr. Collins is a board certified Family Physician who has focused on Geriatrics, Brain Injury and Home Care for more than 20 years. He serves as the Medical Director at multiple Assisted Living centers. He’s a graduate of the Osteopathic Medicine program at Des Moines University where he is currently an Adjunct Professor of Medicine.

Our company was founded by recognized experts in the fields of geriatric medicine and community health. These health professionals are leaders in the development of clinical operations designed exclusively for the aging population. Together, we are committed to improving healthcare for older adults and people with disabilities who have complex medical concerns and can’t afford, or in some cases can’t access, services to meet their long-term care needs. Dr. Dave Moen
Dr. Moen is a thought leader in geriatric services and accountable care with strong connections to national Family Medicine Academic Training programs. Prior to TeamMD, he served as CEO of Fairview Physician Associates, a leading Accountable Care Organization. He’s former President of Bluestone Solutions and a former member of Fairview Partners Governing Council — organizations committed to best-in-class geriatric health services.
Bror Hultgren is a recognized innovator in the areas of Complex Population Programs, Medicaid Long-Term Care, and Dual and Institutional Special Needs Plans (SNPs). He has extensive experience in residential and community behavioral health and social casework for state and local government. He is former CEO of UnitedHealth Group’s Community & State Central Region and SVP of Complex Population Programs. Hultgren holds an MBA and MS in Health Administration from UC Denver.

Dr. Nick Schneeman
Dr. Schneeman is the founder of Genevive, a company that developed a team-based approach to geriatric health care and care management over the last 12 years. He designed a practice of 115 physicians, NPs, RNs and social workers that serves the dual-eligible Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) population in the State of Minnesota. Schneeman is advancing the care protocols of this successful practice for TeamMD.
Chief Operations officer
Jon Redmond brings extensive operational experience, from leading multiple business incubators at Honeywell to commanding 750 soldiers as a U.S. Army captain in Iraq. He is a former principal and core member of the Boston Consulting Group’s Operations Practice. Redmond holds a B.S. in Physics and Nuclear Engineering from West Point and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chief Nursing Officer
Becky Rodd is a registered nurse and senior healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience leading clinical operations in physician organizations, hospital systems, and health plans. She’s led the development of innovative care delivery and case management models with a special focus on MLTSS and dual-eligible populations. Becky holds a bachelors degree in Nursing from Stony Brook University and an MBA from Fielding Graduate University.
Chief Financial Officer
Ray Keller is a senior finance professional with 25 years of experience in the manufacturing, finance, and insurance sectors. He has put his accounting, analytical, and operational experience to work for diverse organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 15 companies, both in the U.S and internationally. Ray holds an MBA in Finance, CMA and Series 27 certifications, CPA (Inactive), and is a Six Sigma Greenbelt. He has taught as an adjunct professor for five years.
National Medical Director and VP Market Development
Dr. Kyle Kircher
Dr. Kircher is a board-certified family physician with more than 17 years of clinical and leadership experience in academic, independent, and managed care settings. Dr. Kircher practiced at Mayo Clinic for 13 years. He has experience providing on-site primary care to frail elders living in assisted living and memory care communities, as a hospice medical director, and as a medical director for Medica Health Plans. Dr. Kircher is a graduate of Mayo Medical School and Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, and holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Chief Information Officer
George McNulty brings more than 20 years of experience leading IT functions and programs within healthcare, government and financial services organizations, including extensive product development and marketing efforts. He served as President and CIO of Uniphy Health, a leading provider of clinical collaboration tools, and as CIO at Aetna for the Prodigy Health Group of companies. George holds a degree in computer engineering from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a Mini-MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
